Tom Cole Founded our Company in 1992 and started working for his clients out of his home. Prior to working in the Financial Field, Tom has a background in Medical, Nuclear Medicine and Radiology. In 1999, Tom open the office in Hesperia that we are still in today. We work with many of our customers year round and our goal is to get you the best possible results at the lowest possible fees! In fact our fees are lower than most of the national chains! 
Over the years, Tom has expanded his office and now has several financial experts that are all CTEC Registered (California Tax Education Council) and have many years of experience in tax return preparation and filing. For over 20+ years now, Tom has handled all the tax and financial code changes through many up and downturn economies, through 5 Presidents and many Congressional Houses. The tax laws continue to change – that is why it is crucial to have a team of financial experts by your side that understand the changes as they happen and get you the best outcome within those guidelines.

Jack Winn, CTEC Registered

Jack Winn has had a varied and successful career during his lifetime. He worked for 23 years as an ER nurse at a local hospital where he and Tom Cole became best friends. Jack simultaneously was working as a full time Police Officer for the City of Adelanto. After retiring from the Police Department, Tom Cole offered him an opportunity to join the Tax Business and he did so in 1999. Jack continued to work as a Designated Reserve Deputy with the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department for an additional 20 years. He has lived in the High Desert since 1983.

Jack is a CTEC Registered Tax Preparer and is dedicated to preparing accurate, timely tax returns for his many clients.

Jacks' hobbies include Camping, desert exploring, Touring motorcycling and travel. He is also a licensed Amateur Radio operator.

Dirk Frank
Dirk Frank – Licensed Tax Preparer

With over three decades of experience as a business owner, Dirk Frank is no stranger to solving complex problems. He founded and ran Gizmo IT Services for 30 years, where he built a reputation for excellence in IT solutions. During that time, Dirk formed a trusted professional relationship with Tom Cole, serving as his IT provider for over 20 years before transitioning into his current role.


A proud resident of the high desert for 33 years, Dirk and his wife Carrie raised their five children in this close-knit community. Today, Dirk brings the same dedication and expertise to his work as a licensed tax preparer, where he is committed to helping clients navigate the ever-changing world of tax planning with confidence and care.
